For over two decades Shawn Casemore has been helping organizations and associations improve how they lead and engage with their employees and customers. His experience includes working with organizations such as Pepsi Co, CN Rail, Tim Hortons and Spectra Energy, as well as associations like the National Association of Wholesalers and Electricity Distributors Association as well as executive forums including Vistage, TEC and MacKay CEO forums.

Shawn's speaking typically includes over three-dozen keynotes each year at national and regional conferences. In addition, Shawn is in frequent demand to develop and deliver customized programs for privately held businesses and associations.

Recognized as a thought leader in the area of business growth, Shawn's forthcoming book from McGraw Hill "Operational Empowerment: How to Collaborate, Innovate and Dominate the Competition" touches on the approaches and practices that many of his clients have introduced in order to build a more powerful and profitable business.

Shawn's views are frequently published in industry publications including the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, Fast Company, Industry Week, 20/20 Magazine, the Globe and Mail and CFO Magazine to name a few. His prolific publishing includes over 1000 articles, booklets and resources on topics related to improving individual and organizational performance. Shawn has also served on several not-for-profit boards, providing him with insight into the areas of growth, member retention and motivation and engagement of volunteers.

Shawn currently resides in a small community north of Toronto Ontario and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two boys.
